What Is The Program?
Here's the truth: this is the training I do.
Not the flashy skill work. Not the sport-specific stuff. This is the foundation—the unsexy, essential work that keeps my body strong, mobile, and healthy enough to do everything else I love.
The Program is what I return to, week after week, to build the capacity that underpins my movement practice. It's the reason I can train skills without breaking down, stay active without aches and pains, and keep pushing my physicality forward year after year.
I created this because people kept asking: "How are you so strong but still move with such fluidity and ease?"
This is how.
I'm not interested in being an immobile rock with legs. I'm inspired to be muscular AND malleable—strong enough to express power, mobile enough to move with grace. The two aren't opposites. They're partners.
Whether you climb, hike, run, practice BJJ, or simply want to move through life with confidence and capability, The Program gives you the same structure I use to build a well-rounded, adaptable body.

How It Works

Smart, Simple Programming
Session A: Higher intensity, lower volume—build strength and power
Session B: Lower intensity, higher volume—develop endurance and capacity
Alternating weekly structure keeps your body adapting and progressing
The Big 6 Movement Patterns
Every week we cycle through: Squat, Hinge, Vertical Push & Pull, Horizontal Push & Pull. These are the fundamentals. Master these, and everything else gets easier.
Essential Auxiliary Work
I've also built in the support work that actually matters: Hanging & Grip Strength, Core Development, Conditioning, Prehab & Injury Prevention, Relaxation & Recovery.
Monthly Updates
Fresh programming every month means you're always progressing, never plateauing. I update The Program based on what I'm running myself and what I'm learning along the way.

How much does it cost?
The cost of The Program is £80 per month. You will gain full access to our coaching app, community space, private tutorials and more on-demand content. No contract, pause whenever you wish.
*We may offer periodic discounts and sales on the full price.
How long does The Program last?
Each individual program will last 4 weeks. However, you can join The Program and stay as long as you wish. The monthly programs will be available for you when you need.
We’re in this for the long run, we’re not here for a little new years promise that doesn’t last past febuary. We’re here to really dig in, reap the rewards of compounding interest, and live the results of the hard work.
Where is the course hosted?
The course will be delivered on our FTO coaching app. The app is very easy to use; simply download it from the App Store and begin working through the course.
The app hosts both the monthly programs and the community forum. You will also be able to connect your smart tech for even more value and data to learn and improve from.
How will I gain feedback?
This is not personalised coaching, if you want this, please visit my ONLINE COACHING. Where I dedicate a lot of time to each individual. The Program & it’s community space is dedicated to communication, support and feedback through the power of those involved. I will of course be a part of this community and will also offer insight into the space when it’s best.
