PHYSICAL PRACTICE

I aim to encourage all students to delve deep into their aspirations and guide them on their personal journey of discovery and growth. I'll meet you where you are, providing work that's both stimulating and challenging.

  • is your readiness to adapt, manage stress, and recover. Tools here involve awareness of breath, of tension, of stress and zero point.

  • is your ability to gain and then be strong within a wide range of movement. It is freedom to choose, supporting and nourishing for the future.

  • is the experience of emotions and challenges within practice, such as fear, learning, or frustration. The individual uniqueness of everything a practice and process holds.

  • is the application of all the above aspects across various practices and areas of being, designed to invigorate life.
