What You're Getting
Fully bespoke programming built around your life, your goals, and your current abilities. Not templates. Every session is written specifically for you, and the plan evolves as you do.
You train independently, upload session videos, and I give you detailed feedback and adjustments. It's the precision of 1-on-1 coaching without the scheduling constraints of in-person sessions, which also makes it significantly more accessible in terms of cost.
The Scope
I work across strength, mobility, movement quality, sport-specific performance, and injury prevention. If it requires a physical foundation, it's in scope. The one thing I do ask is that you're ready to be consistent between our touchpoints. The coaching only works if the training happens.

Everything lives in one place. Your plans, video uploads, my feedback, and access to my full coaching tutorial library. You'll always know exactly how to approach each movement.
There's also a community section where all my online students can share progress and ask questions. The work is individual, but it helps to know others are in the process alongside you.
How Programmes Are Structured
Each phase runs 6 weeks:
Week 1: Establishing your baseline and feeling out the work
Weeks 2 & 3: Building intensity and volume
Week 4: Reload week. Active recovery to let the work land
Weeks 5 & 6: Peak phase
Week 7 is completely off-plan. Step away, recover, reflect. This isn't filler. It's what makes the next phase actually work.
Video Feedback & Communication
Weeks 1 & 6: Submit key movement videos so we can assess where you are and make informed adjustments.
Weeks 2 to 5: Upload videos as needed. I'll come back with feedback and technical cues.
Every session: Log your sets, reps, weights, and notes. The more detail you give me, the more useful my feedback will be.
Flexibility
This isn't a rigid system. If something isn't working, whether that's schedule conflicts, exercise modifications, or goal shifts, we adjust. I'd rather know early than have you quietly grinding through something that isn't right.
Investment
£300/month with a 6-month initial commitment, then rolling month-to-month
£1,500 upfront, effectively one month free
Stripe adds a small processing fee (2-3%) which will show on your invoice. If cost is a genuine barrier, say so. There's usually room for a conversation.
The Discovery Call
We'll map out your goals, talk through your training history, and figure out what progress actually looks like for you. By the end, we'll both know whether this is the right fit and if it is, we'll have a clear place to start.
