Looking to nail your first Ring Muscle Up? Rings Foundations is a three phase training programme to support you in doing just that. Each phase has a minimum of four weeks of practice and contain detailed drills to support all aspects of the process. These are outlined clearly in tutorials, alongside a fully structured weekly plan. Each phase of the process builds on the previous, providing a well rounded base toward success.

The goal of this project is to provide you with a clear and achievable working structure, to allow you to work towards your goals of the Ring Muscle Up and Shoulder Stand.
