Working with Wil has been one of the most transformative experiences in my movement journey. Before I started, I trained with intention but without a real long-term structure and measurable goals. Wil changed that immediately.

His phased approach gave my training a backbone. Every 6-week block had a clear purpose, a logic, and a progression that actually made sense.

Most importantly, I developed a deeper understanding of why we were doing what we were doing. The beauty of Wil’s system is that nothing is random. Each phase built seamlessly on the previous one. I always knew what we were targeting, what “good” looked like, and how to measure improvement. It gave me confidence and removed the guesswork that used to slow me down.

If you want a coach who combines expertise, clarity, and a true long-term methodology, Will is the one. I’m grateful for our journey so far, and I’ll be back to continue the next phase soon. - Huseyin 2025

I can’t thank Wil enough for his coaching.

I went into our programming with a very specific mindset but then after an injury had to focus really hard on rehabbing with the hope of preventing surgery. Wil was very strategic in helping build my knee back up which I cannot express enough appreciation for.

Apart from my knee I have become a much better mover in general. I am much more aware of my body in space and the emotions that exist in my body.  Wil has been very thoughtful in his responses to my hundreds of questions and frustrations over the last couple years which shows a level of patience and empathy which is very unique in a young coach.

Wil truly does represent a coach who understands Physical Intelligence inside out. - Roop, 2025

It’s a wholesome process not just replicating moves .

What I love about working with Wil is that he brings the level of clarity which gave me the conviction that I actually achieve my goals.

In 5 months of working with Wil I have embodied a new identity of a practitioner but also a coach one as it goes hand in hand as you go through this process.

What resonates the most is that the goals are set but the process is very organic, not rushed and everything comes together and emerging as you grow with your practice. - Michal, 2025

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a quick shout-out to my coach, Wil Brown. I’ve been working with him on handstands, mobility, and some ankle rehab for a while now, and honestly the progress has been amazing.

When I started, I wasn’t anywhere close to where I am now — but Wil breaks everything down so clearly, and he’s super patient, changing up the program as needed. Recently I’ve been getting way more consistent with my press to handstand and able to do doubles which I honestly never thought I’d be able to do.

The best part is that I’m finally comfortable doing plyometrics again after my achilles surgery, and that’s a huge win for me.

If you’re looking for a coach who really knows his stuff and actually cares about your progress, I’d definitely recommend Wil. It’s been a game changer. - Jacky, 2025
